Shadaab Khan is an Indian actor, writer, film director and author. He is the son of the late Indian actor Amjad Khan.

- In an interview, Shadab Khan revealed some shocking information about his father Amjad Khan’s financial woes despite being a great actor. He said,
My father had no money to pay for my mother’s discharge from the hospital. She started crying. My father didn’t show up at the hospital; he was too embarrassed to show up. Chetan Anand was shooting for the film Hindustan Ki Kasam at that time and happened to see my father burying his head in the corner. Chetan Anand saab gave him 400 rupees so that my mother and I could return home. ”
- On September 20, 1973, Shadab’s birthday, Amjad Khan signed a contract for the Bollywood blockbuster Sholay, in which he played the unforgettable role of Gabbar Singh. Gabbar Singh).
- According to some sources, Shadab was originally planning to make his debut with Vinod Khanna’s Himalayan Putra but could not make it due to some reasons.
- Shadab revealed in an interview that his father had lent money to many people, and after his death, only a few people returned the money. He said,
My father had a habit of helping others and donated a lot of money. The producer returned home and told him the tragic story and promised to give him the keys to their home. The mother flatly refused, saying that her husband had never been favored by the underworld. My mother put Seemab and her sister Ahlam’s lives back on track. If she hadn’t been strong then, we would have been living on the streets. She entered the construction industry. ”
- According to Shadab, his father wanted him to carve out a niche for himself in the film industry and he often advised him to become a different actor than him (Amjad). Talking about this in an interview, Shadab said,
If you want to be a successful actor, always leave your ego at home. Be different from me and find your own path. ”
