Shajiaa started his career as an anchor and editor in the editorial department of Jang newspaper from 2011 to 2015. In January 2015, she started working as an anchor at Geo News Urdu. She is the presenter of the famous socio-political program “Meray Mutabiq”. In February 2021, she joined 92 News HD Plus as the presenter of the political program “Harf-e-Akhir”. From 2022 to 2023, she served as an anchor at PTV News. She also serves as the presenter of the socio-political program Meray Mutabiq. On Meray Mutabiq, she discusses politics and current affairs topics with Pakistani hosts Hassan Nisar and Sohail Warraich.
