Shannon Beador is washing her hands of John Janssen — forever.
In the evening hours of Thursday 21.11. The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 60, revealed that her ongoing lawsuit with her ex-boyfriend, 62, will finally be settled with a $60,000 payout in a photo of the wire transfer receipt she shared on her Instagram account.
In the confirmation, Beador highlighted the $60,000 amount and drew a red circle around the “purpose of funds” section, which read “John Janssen settlement in full.”

“ENJOY…” she captioned the photo in big bold red letters, tagging Janssen and his new fiancee Alexis Bellino on Instagram.
A source tells PEOPLE there was no non-disparagement clause attached to the settlement.
Back in March, Janssen filed a lawsuit against Bravolebrity after she allegedly failed to pay back the $75,000 he claimed he loaned her for a facelift. In a complaint obtained by PEOPLE, the insurance agent claimed that Beador approached him for financial support in early 2022 and borrowed $40,000 via wire transfer. Then on May 20, 2023, he gave her another $35,000 by personal check.
The two eventually settled the lawsuit seven months after it was filed Nov. 19, just a week after both Janssen and Beador requested a jury trial, according to a Nov. 7 filing obtained by PEOPLE.

Beador and Janssen dated for three and a half years. He ended their romance in November 2022, a week after filming the 17th season of the hit Bravo series. The two remained friends but stopped talking in late September, shortly after she was arrested for DUI.
He has since moved on, finding love with Beadora’s now co-worker Bellin. The two met through mutual friends in November 2023. PEOPLE confirmed that the two were dating that December, sharing an exclusive photo of them posing hand-in-hand. The couple finally got engaged after nine months of dating on August 27.
In the first and second part RHOC of the Season 18 reunion, which aired in early November, Beador explained that after some speculation, she offered Janssen an agreed-upon $70,000 if they signed a joint non-disparagement agreement.

She claimed he denied her request, which Bellino said was because Janssen felt the need to defend himself given the publicity of the case.
Upon learning of the lawsuit on RHOCBeador admitted, “I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom.”
“John seems to want to bring me down even more, and I don’t think I can go any lower,” she added.
