Sharon Osbourne, a British-American TV star, has not recovered from being fired from CBS’s The Talk show, calling it “unfair”. On Sunday, September 25, she appeared on Fox & Friends Weekends and discussed her departure from the daytime show in March 2021. The 69-year-old woman was released after defending her loved ones. Piers Morgan’s outrageous comments about Meghan Markle. She stated:
“I’ve been in this area for almost 50 years, 55 years to be exact. I don’t want it to end my career and that doesn’t seem fair.”
Sharon Osbourne got into a heated argument with co-hosts Sheryl Underwood and Elaine Welteroth on the March 10, 2021 episode of The Talk. The two called Piers Morgan a racist for his remarks about Meghan Markle. . Morgan was previously chastised for claiming he didn’t believe anything Markle said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey. During the interview, Markle said people in the palace would discuss the color of her unborn child’s skin.
Sharon Osbourne supported Morgan when her co-hosts called him a racist for his comments. This sparked a heated debate on the airwaves, with Underwood and Welteroth even speculating that Osbourne might be one of them, as she supports him. Despite Sharon’s apology on social media, CBS quickly released a statement confirming her departure from the show. It is stated:
“Sharon Osbourne has decided to withdraw from The Talk.” The circumstances of the March 10 TV show upset everyone involved, including those watching at home. As part of our review, we determined that Sharon’s behavior toward her co-hosts on the March 10 show was inconsistent with the values at our work.”
Sharon Osbourne accused CBS of treating her unfairly.
A clip from Sharon Osbourne’s current documentary, To Hell & Back, was shown as she appeared on the morning show. The documentary focuses more on her departure from The Talk, with the TV personality comparing her to “the lamb that was slaughtered that morning” and adding:
“On the news, CBS denies wrongdoing. That’s because they’re goofs and goofs.
She again defended Morgan, insisting that he never wrote or said anything racist and added:
“And if you disagree with someone, they could be aliens.” Purple, pink, or blue are all possibilities. You don’t have to agree with them if you don’t want to. That’s it.”

Osbourne attacked CBS for labeling her a racist, saying she had to live with it because the network had “seeded her”. She said that once a person is deemed racist, that label “lives with you,” regardless of whether the individual is racist or not. The video also shows Sharon’s son with rocker Ozzy Osbourne, Jack Osbourne, standing next to his mother as she tries to explain the racist statements. Jack stated:
“You can be ganged up on live TV, and when you defend yourself against the charges, you can get fired for creating a hostile work environment. This is the reality we live in now.”
Sharon Osbourne was the last original co-host of the talk show The Talk. Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini, Sara Gilbert and Julie Chen were the original members of the group.
