Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck Say They 'Survived Barbara Walters' Love' Despite Getting 'in Trouble' on The View

Barbara Walters made a lasting impression on Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Both women agreed that they had learned a lot from Walters, and Hasselbeck said they were “her favorites together.”

“I love Barbara,” she said. “She taught me so much. She was the most interesting person, so she would research everything. She would know more about you than you remembered yourself. And she would make sure she leaves so much space for listening and has the best monitoring. It didn’t matter if she interviewed someone on a horse – and she would do it with such a military.”

“It was hard for us,” Hasselbeck continued. “She had high standards for broadcasting and interviewing and research and news. But I learned so much from her.”

Whenever Shepherd would discourage Walters’ difficult love, she explained that Hasselbeck would remind her where the late host came from.

“You would tell me,” That will make you strong. It will make you better. So don’t worry about that, “shepherd split.” But we got a lot in trouble. Did she hit you under the chair? ”
