Sherri Shepherd feels better than ever after breast reduction.
The 56-year-old recently spoke with Party tonight about her recovery from surgery, detailing how she was unable to do anything for 12 weeks while she recovered. However, the results made it all worth it.
“I feel lighter. I feel like I can sit up straight, I feel like my body is more proportional now that my breasts are smaller,” she told the outlet.
“Now, it’s like there are no wardrobe malfunctions. It feels good. I feel more confident,” Shepherd added. “There was confidence when I had breasts and it was safe [kind of] self-confidence. But now it’s just freedom. I can do more things. I ran across the street the other day and I didn’t have to hold anything!”

Sherri Shepherd Gets Back to ‘Exercise Rhythm’ After Breast Reduction Surgery: ‘Seeking Good Health’
After the surgery, Shepherd also said she has a bunch of new bras and is trying to get rid of her old ones that no longer fit her.
The TV personality joked that she plans to send them to Drake after the rapper, 36, showed off the dozens of bras he has from female fans who threw him on stage during his It’s All a Blur concerts.
“I found out that Drake is collecting bras that are thrown at him and he’s going to auction them off,” Shepherd said. “So these are all my big-tit bras and I was like, ‘You know what? I was going to give them to my girlfriend…but look, Drake needs them more than you do.'”
“So I’m sending him a care package,” she continued. “And he’ll be happy. These are bras for grown women, Drake. These are not bras for 22-year-old women. These are not [from] those women say, ‘Oh my God, you’re so great!’ These are bras for grown women with good credit, okay?”

Shepherd revealed last month during the second season premiere of her daytime talk show, Sherrithat on July 13 she had a breast reduction.
“I had a breast reduction during the summer and the second season, everything will be bigger except for these tits! To be clear, I didn’t get this tit because of all the comments. I got the tit job because I just wanted to see how it felt to sleep on my stomach,” she joked. “I’m so happy I did it. I was 42DD.”
Shepherd admitted it was “bittersweet” because she loved her old breasts, but they were starting to take their toll on her body.
“I thought I was carrying the weight of the world, but it was actually the weight of my breasts,” she said with a laugh. “Joking aside, they were so heavy that I was hunched over the whole time. It started to be very painful, my back hurt a lot.”
After having her breasts reduced, the former co-host View admitted: “I feel better. I won’t say I wish I had done this a while ago because timing is everything. God gave them to me, they served me well, but now, as I get older, I can sit up straight. I feel lighter.”
