He has been interested in acting and singing since childhood. He gave up his studies in the middle and started working as an anchor on a local channel. Later, to pursue his acting career, he moved from Bangalore to Mumbai where he took acting courses. After completing the course, he returned to his hometown to audition for a TV series. He has played small roles in several television series. He came into limelight with the 2014 TV series Meera Madhava.
