Shivani Jadhav was educated at JNANA Prabhodhini Prashala, Pune. She went on to study engineering at the MIT School of Engineering, Pune. Apart from participating in the Miss India Women 2019 competition, she is a qualified IT engineer and has also worked as a software developer.
In 2015, she was crowned Campus Princess 2015 by the Miss India organization.
