Video clips revealed the 66-year-old looked stunned as officers questioned him in September last year.

He was headteacher at Ysgol Friars in Bangor, Wales, and strategic leader at Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle in Penygroes,

The officer said, “Mr. Foden, unfortunately I have to arrest you on suspicion of sexually touching a child and sexually communicating with a child.”

Vile Foden replied “okay” before being read his rights – to which he replied “okay”.

The headmaster of Gwynant Pedo School in Old Colwyn was found guilty of 19 offenses in May.

He was convicted of 12 counts of sexual acts with a child, two counts of sexual acts with a child in a position of trust, causing or inciting a child to commit sexual acts, attempting to agree to commit the criminal act of sexual abuse of a child, sexual intercourse with a child, possession of indecent photographs of a child and sexual abuse of a child.

Judge Rhys Rowlands said the accused was “determined” to indulge his depraved desires.

He described Foden as a “dominant” and “bombastic” person “who managed to hide a terrible secret, a terrible flaw in your character, which is your sexual obsession with young teenage girls”.

The judge said: “Your behavior arose from your arrogant sense of self-worth, such that you believed no one would stand up to you.

“It is clear that you have no remorse.

You have not shown an iota of remorse for what you have done and you have no insight into the undoubtedly very serious harm you have caused both to the individual victims and their families.

Two victims spoke in court today in emotional statements.

One said: “It has taken advantage of both my body and mind and as a result I feel tired and sick all the time.”

Another added: “I feel that when he forced me into court to testify, he wanted to hurt me for reporting him and, instead of justice, he wanted revenge.”

In the meantime, a statement was read aloud to the third girl, out of the four whom the defendant abused, which read: “I believed him when he said he loved me and that I was the only one he wanted.

“What Mr. Foden did was evil. It hit me hard and I will never forgive him.”

Foden previously angered Marcus Rashford by threatening a school meal.

It was revealed that he clashed with the England striker who campaigned to ensure children in solitary confinement did not go hungry.

In 2021, Foden said pupils at Ysgol Friars in Bangor, North Wales, would not be fed if their dinner bills were even 1p in arrears.

Man United ace Rashford replied: “Didn’t the pandemic teach us anything?

“Can we be understanding? For many, lunch at school is the only meal they will get.”
