Shreyas Puranik is an Indian singer, music composer and songwriter. He mainly works in the Hindi film industry. In February 2024, he won the Filmfare RD Burman Award for the song “Satranga” from the Hindi film Animals (2023).

Shreyas Puranik was born in 1993 in Nagpur, Maharashtra (31 years old; as of 2024). He attended DAV Public School in Korba, Chhattisgarh. He studied Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai Business School, Mumbai. In 2008, he moved to Mumbai where he received formal musical training from Suresh Wadkar.

He started his career as Assistant Music Director on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hindi film Bajirao Mastani (2015). He composed the music for the songs “Gajanana” and “Ab Tohe Jane Na Doongi” for the film. He also sang the song “Ab Tohe Jane Na Doongi” with Payal Dev.
