Simone Biles is celebrating a big milestone for her father!
On Saturday, August 24, the seven-time Olympic gold medalist shared a photo on her Instagram stories in celebration of her father Ronald Biles’ 75th birthday.
“my dad is the cutest, happy 75,” she wrote above a photo of Ronaldo, who was wearing a Cleveland Browns jersey in front of brown and orange balloons in what looks like a family’s living room in Texas.

On August 8, Ronaldo’s actual birth date, the Biles family marked the occasion in Paris during the 2024 Olympics, and Simone shared photos on Instagram to show off a particularly glamorous gift he received that day.
The gymnast shared a close-up photo of seven champagne glasses emblazoned with her father’s image and a selfie of her wearing sparkly sunglasses as well as her famous “GOAT” (aka “greatest of all time”) necklace as she dressed up for the special event.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD,” she wrote in one of the posts.
Simone’s sister, Adria Biles, also celebrated their father’s birthday on August 8, sharing photos on Instagram showing some of Ronaldo’s glitter gifted to him by Snoop Dogg.
Ronald showed a gold Death Row Records necklace in one picture, and Adria jokingly wrote: “Snoop gave him a chain, now he doesn’t know how to behave”.
“75 looks great on you! happy birthday I love you,” she added.

The Biles family also attended track and field events that day. In one of Simone’s photos, Ronald can be seen wearing a red “Team USA” cap and holding a chocolate cake with lit candles reading “Happy Birthday.”
Just a day after her dad’s birthday, Simone also revealed that her parents had treated her to a modern surprise in Paris – a Hermés bag.
“My parents bought me my Hermes bag,” the 11-time Olympic medalist wrote on Threads. “Don’t be mad at me, be mad at your parents.”

Simone has been candid in the past about her close relationship with Ronald, as well as her mum Nellie. The couple adopted her and Adria when the gymnast was 6 years old.
In July 2021, during the Tokyo Olympics, Simone thanked her parents for helping her after she withdrew from several competitions to focus on her mental health.
“Thank you for making sacrifices from day one so I could live my dream. but most importantly thank you for always being there for me through all the ups and downs,” Simone wrote on Instagram at the time. “You guys are absolutely the best. I love you all.”
