Biles always finds ways to incorporate the clothes she loves into her wardrobe.

When she married soccer player Jonathan Owens in May 2023 for the second time in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, she wore a custom Galia Lahav ball gown that was specially altered to accentuate her figure.

“I was nervous about wearing a ball gown because I’m so petite – but it fits perfectly,” she said Vogue. “The leg slit was very important. It was to add, in my mind, more length to my body. I think that’s exactly how brides should feel—luxurious, beautiful, on top of the world in a way.”

Biles knows her height is the talk of the town. But in the 2018 interview Todayshe admitted that, frankly, it was too much to be asked about her pettiness.

“The question I wish people would stop asking me is, ‘How tall are you? Will you grow?’ I’m not going anywhere. I am 4′ 8”. I’m stuck,” she said.

On August 12, Biles returned home from the Paris Olympics, where she added four more medals to her collection. She is now the most decorated American Olympic gymnast of all time.

Her Paris Games experience was a complete 180 from the 2020 Tokyo Games, after battling debilitating “twisties” that saw her withdraw from the team competition at the Summer Games,

Biles told PEOPLE earlier this month that she’s “a lot more relieved, a lot more in a better place mentally and physically, just overall happy with what I’ve been able to accomplish and what I’ve done.”
