Season 6 of Snowfall will air on FX on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 10:00 p.m. ET. This latest release will be the final season of the 2017 crime drama. Snowfall is set in Los Angeles in 1983 and tells the story of the city’s first crack epidemic and its effects. for the people. Throughout the exciting series, many characters, including Franklin Saint, Gustavo “El Oso” Zapata, Teddy McDonald and Lucia Villanueva, share intertwined lives.
According to IMDb, the series summary is as follows:
“Looking back to the early days of the Crack Cocaine Pandemic in Los Angeles in the early 1980s.”
Snowfall is executive produced by David Andron, Eric Amadio, Trevor Engelson, Michael London, Thomas Schlamme, John Singleton and Leonard Chang. Each episode of the show lasted 41-58 minutes. The upcoming season, like every previous season, will consist of 10 episodes and the final season will air sometime this spring.

As in the teaser, it looks like Los Angeles will be plunged into serious turmoil, with gang strife and high profile drug dealings. Wu-Tang Clan’s CREAM also plays in the trailer, hinting at the violent environment fans can expect in the new season.
According to the official summary of the upcoming snow season,
“Civil War threatens to destroy the Saint family in the sixth and final season of FX’s Snowfall.”

Series co-creator and executive producer Dave Andron called the show’s final season “surprising and emotional” in an interview with TVLine. He also commented on Damson Idris’ portrayal of Franklin Saint, saying:
“He has to survive. There’s always a risk in what he does, but he has to hunt down the CIA and Teddy to get his money back. The stakes are high. She’s expecting a baby. He’s the one. It’s all in the game and we’re going to have to find out who he is and what he’s willing to do to find out.”
He continued to say,
“I believe we ended the story in a really unexpected and unavoidable way. It was really emotional and I believe it was quite rewarding, which is exactly what he wanted. I think he will be satisfied with our position.”
Damson Idris plays Franklin Saint, Carter Hudson plays Theodore “Teddy” McDonald/Reed Thompson, Emily Rios plays Lucia Villanueva, Sergio Peris-Mencheta plays Gustavo “El Oso” Zapata, Michael Hyatt plays Cissy Saint and Amin Joseph plays as Saint Jerome in Snowfall. Other notable actors in lead roles include Angela Lewis as Louanne “Louie” Saint, Juan Javier Cardenas as Alejandro Usteves, Isaiah John as Leon Simmons and Filipe Valle Costa as Pedro Nava.
