Sofia Richie Grainge shares details about her motherhood journey.
While he was a guest on Therapuss podcast for the episode released Thursday, Nov. 14, the new mom, 26, opened up about how much life has changed since then — and how much weight she’s lost.
“My life has meaning now,” said Richie Grainge. “I have never loved anything more in my life. I’m obsessed with her, she’s perfect. And I lost 50 pounds. So that’s what happened.”

The model shares a daughter Eloise with her husband Elliot Grainge. The couple tied the knot in an ultra-glamorous wedding in the south of France in Antibes in April 2023. They announced the birth of their little one in May 2024.
Richie Grainge recalled to podcast host and good friend, Jake Shane, how she documented her changing body while pregnant.

“I updated the photos weekly. Every Monday. I could, like, watch myself expand. It was sweet until it wasn’t,” she continued.
At first, Richie Grainge said the constant growth was “not” attractive, but she quickly changed her mind.

“It was wonderful. This is the thing – I always tell my friends, I think, ‘Oh, it’s gotten crazy.’ But I was always empowered. All the way. I thought, ‘It’s amazing that I can do this,'” she said, before describing how much weight she gained.
“But I was also plus 60”, said the model and added that she “didn’t leave the house”.

Shane joked that Richie Grainge missed out on Brat summer after Eloise was born in May.
“I didn’t even know this season happened. The summer season didn’t cross my mind,” said Richie Grainge.
The new mum also revealed that although Eloise is only five months old, she has her very own “little baby phone”.

Shane said he sometimes texts with a friend’s little girl, playfully sharing details of one of their recent conversations.
“I said, ‘Eloise, do you mind if me and your mom talk about how perfect you are on the podcast today?’ And she said, ‘No, keep my name out of your mouth.’ And I said, ‘Eloise, excuse me.’ She said, ‘I hate you.’ ”
Richie Grainge assured Shane that she had “talked” to her child to set her straight.

Last month, Richie Grainge explained that her personal style hasn’t changed much since becoming a mum British Vogue interview.
“No, I’m not changing my style because I’m a mom. I’m super confident and comfortable in the way I dress,” she told the publication. “If anything, my bag just feels a lot fuller.”
