Spencer Pratt Wants to Shed His Dad Bod, but Won't Risk 'Ozempic Face' to Do It

Spencer Pratt says he’s done with his “dad body” and wants to have abs by the Fourth of July — but without addressing Ozempico.

“I’m not trying to get Ozempic’s face. Ozempic and others in its class (marketed under the brand names Wegovy and Mounjaro) work in the brain to affect satiety. While the FDA approved Ozempic for people with type 2 diabetes and not necessarily for weight loss, it has become a trendy weight-loss aid — and sometimes the cause of “Ozempic face” or sunken cheeks.

“It’s a great motivation when your wife has a six-pack and you can’t fit into your skinny jeans and can only wear clothes with an elastic waist,” Pratt, 40, joked.

Pratt also joked about the fit people who rose to fame on TikTok, saying: “These guys, with all due respect, don’t sing, they don’t really dance and they just … have abs and go viral like that?”

“There is a niche [market] for old guys who don’t dance, don’t sing and have abs,” the reality star said, “and I’m going to aim to go through the entire timeline.”

It’s a change from his previous focus — being an iconic father. “I thought for a second that my dad’s people were involved so I was leaning towards that. Everyone said, ‘Daddy bodies are hot!’ So I just ate as much food as possible to be the face of the father,” said Pratt, who shares sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 18 months, with Montag, 37.

“Right now, Heidi’s obviously torn, and I’m twitching, not where you want me to,” he remarked.

However, his wife, who has been with him for 15 years, does not complain.

“Obviously, I think Spencer looks great no matter what,” Montag said.

She added: »But what I love [him] being ripped apart isn’t just Spencer’s confidence – because he’s always been fit and healthy and I can tell it makes him feel better – but [he is] also a good role model for our sons that they can take care of their bodies and eat healthy and show it off [them], ‘We make healthy choices here.’ ”
