Spider-Man Director Sam Raimi’s Wife Gillian Greene Files for Divorce After 30 Years of Marriage

Spider man Director Sam Raimi’s wife Gillian Greene has filed for divorce after 30 years of marriage.

Court documents obtained by PEOPLE show that Greene, 56, filed for divorce in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County on Wednesday, May 8, citing irreconcilable differences.

While Raimi and Greene’s wedding date is listed as September 17, 1993, the date of their separation is listed as “TBD.”

The filing shows that Greene has asked the court to award her spousal support and terminate Raimi’s ability to receive child support. She also wants Raimi, 64, to cover her attorney’s fees. There is no mention of prenup.

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for Raimi and Greene for comment.
