‘Spiraling’ Ariana Madix Is Ready to Call Cops as Ex Tom Sandoval Plans a Rager in Their Shared Home

Ariana Madix doesn’t want to put up with Tom Sandoval’s antics anymore, whether it’s his birthday or not!

Ahead of next week’s episode Vanderpump Rulesthe Chicago the performer, 38, refused a request from co-owners Schwartz & Sandys to throw a birthday party at their shared home. Communicating through third parties, Tom’s assistant Ann was given the awkward task of asking Ariana for permission.

“It’s my birthday tomorrow, I just wanted to, like, invite people,” he says.

Seeing the skeptical look on Anna’s face, Tom adds, “Obviously Ariana’s invited if she wants to come.”

When his assistant notes that his ex probably won’t be coming to the party, Tom suggests, “You could ask her if she wants to stay at, like, a nice hotel. I could get her a nice hotel room.”

Despite his gesture, Ariana does not want to allow the party under the same roof.

“That doesn’t happen,” she says with a smile. “I think it’s very disrespectful and inappropriate. If he wants to have a party, he can have it somewhere else.”

Talking to the cameras, Dancing with the stars alum recalls memories of Tom’s previous birthday parties and how the idea of ​​another one happening “spiraled” her.

“There would be loud music, chaos, obnoxious, everywhere, and it would be like three, four, five, sometimes six in the morning,” she explains. “But now that we’re not together, I can’t take it s—.”

The exes were in a relationship for nine years when Ariana found out that Tom was cheating on her with their co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. Although the two officially called it quits in March 2023, the couple disagreed over what should happen to the Los Angeles home they bought together in 2019 and renovated in 2021.

Ten months later, Ariana sued Tom over their LA residence after the two allegedly disagreed over the sale of their home, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

According to the documents, Ariana wanted an “equitable distribution of the proceeds of the sale,” including “payment of debt secured by the same and costs of partition,” as well as the inclusion of attorney’s fees and title costs.

The reality star eventually requested that they sell the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home as a “partition sale,” so that the proceeds could be split equally between her and Tom.
