Springwatch fan spots VERY spooky optical illusion in tree behind bird – but can you see it?

A SPRINGWATCH fan saw a VERY creepy optical illusion in a tree behind a bird, but can you see it?

On BBC Two, the presenters delved into the sensational behavior of badgers we discovered in a previous episode.

Meanwhile, Iolo Williams continued her study of Mulla wildlife and Megan McCubbin was hoping to catch a glimpse of a game drive at Hauxley Nature Reserve.

Despite all the action that was going on, a bystander was distracted by a video of a bird.

They felt they could see the face of a woman in the woods behind the bird and shared a screenshot on Twitter.

They captioned it: “The woman’s face I couldn’t help but see while watching @BBCSpringwatch #Halloween comes early #spooky.”

Meanwhile, viewers were left red in the face after host Megan made a rather crude joke on the nature show.

Megan joined her stepdad Chris Packham in Monday Night’s Springwatch sequel, but her choice of words soon landed her in trouble.

While presenting live from the Hauxley Nature Reserve, Megan described some of the wildlife the area has to offer.

The photographer explained that the area was home to 160 different species of birds.

Describing the details of what could be seen on the live cam, Megan said: “We’ve already seen a lot of live action here.

“Let’s look at some of the species we’ve already seen: the beautiful gray heron.

“They are year-round residents, you can see them in shallow water.

“Look at that, she shakes her head. And the scum, I love the scum,” he added, speaking of the look.

After the bizarre comment, he continued: “I can go down to 45 meters, dive there, I hope I’m successful for that.”
