The Stetson Wright Family: Being a champion is in the blood
Stetson Wright, a 24-year-old rodeoist, comes from a family of winners. Cody Wright, his father, is a two-time world champion saddle bronc rider. Spencer and Jesse Wright, his uncles, are World Champion Saddle Bronc Riders. Jake, Calvin and Alex Wright, Stetson’s other uncles, all participate in saddle riding. ShaRee Wright, his mother, has already talked about her family in an interview in 2020.
ShaRee and Cody got married at the age of 18. Cody was working for his father’s family concrete pouring company at the time, but eventually decided to follow his ambition to become a Saddle Bronc rider. Stetson has two older brothers, Rusty and Ryder, as well as two younger siblings, Statler and Lily Jo. According to ShaRee, the three oldest brothers have a great relationship. When Stetson won the 2020 bull riding tournament, Rusty emailed his mother that his brother was his idol. Ryder claimed that he wanted to see Stetson win the world all-around championship more than to win it himself. Rusty and Ryder have already started their own families, but Stetson has yet to find out if he has someone in his life. Maybe the rodeo star is in for a big reveal.
