The stars are currently on tour in Great Britain, and they should perform in Nottingham in the coming days.
An insider said: “The celebs had a well-deserved day off yesterday, but unfortunately Annabel wasn’t well.
“She spent the whole day in bed in her hotel and only went out this morning to get water.
“A rest day seems to have really helped her – and she’ll be ready for the rumba later.”
Tennis player Annabel dances with Graziano Di Prima on tour, despite being paired with Johannes Radebe during the show.
Speaking about Johannes’ absence, Annabel, who came fourth on the show with him, recently said: “We are both saddened by [not doing the tour together].
“I think Johannes has his own tour, so he’s promoting his own show and I think it was too close to this tour and his body needs a rest too.
“He needs to recharge his batteries so I think he’s probably sad that he didn’t make it, but I hear the expression ‘keep dancing’ and now I understand what that is because I want to keep dancing. “
She added: “When I got the chance to go on tour, I thought ‘oh wow, it’s great to just keep going’.” But of course, I would like to be with him.”
The tour lasts for just one more week and ends in London at the O2 Arena on February 11.
