Meanwhile, Newcastle defender Trippier, 33, was captured on mobile phone video lifting the blonde girl – who had ink on her left arm – around the waist at a packed karaoke bar in the city last May.
Trippier was seen wrapping his arms around her and holding her bottom while out with some of his Newcastle team-mates at Cozy Joes.
Trippier’s wife Charlotte, with whom he has three children, was in Madrid at the time.
Frankie, who lives in the city, was named on Twitter after a night out.
