Suman Shasanik Rao was born on 23 November 1998 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India (age 20 years as of 2018). She has lived in Mumbai, Maharashtra since her childhood. She received her primary education from the Mahatma Educational Society, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. For higher education, she studied commerce at MES Pillai College, New Panvel, Maharashtra. In order to become a chartered accountant, she also passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in New Delhi, India.
