Sunil Holkar passed away on January 13, 2023, while undergoing treatment for cirrhosis of the liver. Before his death, Holkar became aware of his deteriorating health and asked one of his close friends to share a “last post” on WhatsApp on his behalf. In his last post, Holkar said goodbye and apologized for the mistakes he had made.
