Swadha Dev Singh (born 24 March 1987, age 36) is an Indian IAS officer. She has been working as a worker in Rayagada since 2022. Since 2014, she has been recognized for her performances in her roles. During UPSC exam 2014 she got All India Score of 66. Swadha was selected as Acting ADM Rourkela after getting 66th rank. She continues to be a role model for many young IAS officers. Every UPSC student follows the example of Swadha Dev.

Swadha was the special minister in the Uttar Pradesh administration with the appointment of the Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) during the outbreak of 2020. Singh was appointed the DM of Rajyagada district, Odisha in June 2022. She was previously the DM of Nupande.
