After 25 years of marriage, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are divorcing. The latter also accused Stallone of transferring assets from marital finances. Flavin cited the cause of their breakup in court filings, but the public was skeptical after seeing the lack of Flavin’s tattoo on Stallone’s arm.
Meanwhile, Flavin wants to own their Palm Beach house outright while they finalize their divorce. Flavin also believes Stallone hid marital assets, as stated in court documents:
“Based on knowledge and belief, the husband has engaged in the willful waste, depletion and/or waste of marital property, resulting in an adverse economic effect on the marital property.” Under Section 61.075 of the Florida Statutes, equity requires that the wife be paid and made whole by obtaining an unequal distribution of the marital property in her favor. Further, the husband should be prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering or disposing of any property while the proceedings are pending.”
Jennifer also expressed her desire to regain her Flavin surname and asked the court to stop Stallone from transferring the property. Sylvester Stallone married Jennifer Flavin in May 1997 and they have three children, Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet. Sistine is a famous actress who appears in 47 Meters Down Uncaged, a 2019 survival horror thriller. The occupation of the other two girls is unknown.
