Taylor Swift Bundles Up in Wild Animal Print Jacket on Way to Recording Studio

Taylor Swift was photographed heading to Electric Lady Studios in New York on Thursday in a casual but cool outfit.

The pop star arrived at the recording studio for the evening session bundled up in the men’s Adidas Graphics Animal polar fleece jacket, which retails for $120 online.

The oversized zip top, which is currently sold out online, is part of Adidas’ recycled and renewable collection line and features an animal print. She kept the look simple, pulling her hair into a ponytail and pairing the jacket with a green crop top, simple black leggings, a pair of cream trainers and round tortoiseshell sunglasses.

Swift has been wearing a lot of animal prints lately, which fans think are part of the “easter eggs” she’s dropping to hint at the release of “Reputation (Taylor’s Version).” On Wednesday, the “Lavender Haze” singer caught up with Blake Lively for dinner in NYC, where she wore a green velvet long-sleeve dress from Little Lies and brown over-the-knee boots (Jean Paul Gaultier and Jimmy Choo) in the most snake print.

The hitmaker was spotted several times in 2023 at Electric Lady Studios — where she recorded songs from many of her albums like “Midnights,” “Lover” and overdubs from her catalog.

In late December — just days before she jetted off to Kansas City, Missouri to spend the Christmas holidays with her boyfriend Travis Kelce — the singer-songwriter was seen leaving a late-night date.

Despite stepping out in the early hours of the morning, Swift still managed to look chic. She warmed up and dressed appropriately for the winter weather in a black jacket with what appeared to be a white sheepskin collar and braid detailing, keeping the sleek style she’s been wearing lately with a black skirt, black leggings and a pair of heeled trousers loafers.

Although she has yet to officially announce a release date, the singer-songwriter will soon release “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” as the next project in the process of re-recording her entire discography prior to 2019’s “Lover.”

In her TIME The cover story for Person of the Year, which was released in December, saw the “Karma” singer tease what fans can expect from the record.

“It’s a goth-punk moment of female rage at being set on fire by the entire social structure,” she said of the overall theme and sound.

The pop star also mentioned that the vault songs from the record – or the songs that didn’t form the initial part of the album she’s re-releasing on her re-recordings – are “fire”.

Swift last released a new studio album in 2022 with “Midnights.” The composition and its songs received six nominations at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
