Taylor Swift Goes Red with Chiefs-Themed Outfit to Cheer on Travis Kelce: All the Details on Her Look

The boots are back for Taylor Swift in week two!

The pop icon, 34, returned to the stands at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 15, to watch her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce, also 34, and the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Cincinnati Bengals. And her outfit did not disappoint this time either. (He also left fans scrambling for details).

This week, Swift wore an oversized vintage Chiefs t-shirt from the ’90s — like a dress! — with thigh-high black leather boots, similar to the red pair she wore to watch the Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens. She paired the outfit with a $5,700 Louis Vuitton Coussin BB bag.

And while the “So High School” singer opted for side-swept bangs last week, this time she finished off her look with her bangs in place and a half-ponytail, tied with a ribbon in Chiefs red.

Haim band members and sisters Danielle and Este Haim could be seen arriving at the game alongside Swift. Danielle wore a red halter top, black leather pants and dark sunglasses, while Licorice pizza the Este star wore a red leather jacket over a white top. Este’s boyfriend, tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin, wears a Chiefs shirt and Department for tortured poets the musician’s mother Andrea Swift — wearing Chiefs-branded buckles and sunglasses — could also be seen walking in next to Swift and her crew.

For the NFL season opener on Sept. 5, Swift brought supermodel energy in a totally bombshell outfit. The sexy denim-on-denim look featured a Versace corset top (she wore the same one in black on the couple’s first public outing in October 2023) and Grlfrnd denim shorts. But the real showpiece of the ensemble was her Chiefs red patent leather Giuseppe Zanotti thigh-high boots. She completed the look with a black Louis Vuitton bag and loads of jewels, including a vintage 1970s bronze coin necklace from For Future Reference. The thick gold chain has an old coin in the middle, which was the perfect contrast to her new glittery jewelry she was also wearing.

Her messy waves, side swept bangs and signature red lips completed the look.

The NFL season opener kicked off a string of stylish dates for Swift and Kelce, as they were spotted around New York.

At the wedding of Karen Elson and Electric Lady Studios owner Lee Foster on Saturday, September 7, Swift wore a cream midi dress by Zimmermann with side cutouts and a romantic floral design, while Kelce gave Fat vibes sleek in an all black ensemble and slicked back hair. He added a gold watch and chain.

A day later at the US Open, the 14-time Grammy winner joined her man in a gingham Reformation dress paired with studs. Kelce was dressed in a red-trimmed white Gucci look, including a hat that left him with some serious hair (Swift tried to fix that!).

Although she’s on hiatus from her boundary-pushing Eras tour until October, the singer has been booked and busy.

Swift hit the red carpet at an event in Reputation-coded yellow plaid bustier top with attached skirt with a pair of black velvet hot pants and caged leather gloves, all Dior. She also kept her line of thigh-high boots in a pair of Stuart Weitzman’s Maverick stunners, which retail for $1,200 and are currently sold out. She added 30-carat Lorraine Schwartz pear-shaped canary diamond earrings surrounded by black jade to complete the yellow check look.

The record player topped off the look with an extra vampy glam look (a smoky eye!) and even ditched her signature red lip. Her hair was styled in messy, textured waves and side-swept bangs. You can feel the sharp vibe of the look Reputation-coded, and left fans digging for Easter eggs.

At the event, she changed into a Monse minidress with a UFO design on the front, which Swifties were quick to call out as a reference to her breakup ballad “Down Bad” Department for tortured poets.
