Taylor Swift Is Not Happy with a No-Call on a Travis Kelce Play During Chiefs vs. Patriots Game

Taylor Swift has a little bit of that bad blood with NFL officials officiating Travis Kelce’s game on Sunday.

The pop star, 34, cheered on boyfriend Kelce, 34, as he and the Kansas City Chiefs took on the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon — and she wasn’t happy with every call.

At the top of the third quarter, the tight end dropped a pass from Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes while Patriots cornerback Myles Bryant defended him on third down.

Afterward, Kelce raised his hands and looked at the refs, seemingly upset that they didn’t call Bryant pass interference, and Swift was just as — if not more — upset.

After the call ban, the “Karma” singer, who was watching the match from her apartment, jumped to her feet and shouted something while pointing towards the field, according to a video shared by EPSN.

Alana Haim — who was watching the Chiefs-Patriots game in the same box as the singer, her dad Scott Swift and Brittany Mahomes — also seemed upset about the call being denied in the third quarter, throwing up her hands in anger.

Fortunately, the Chiefs did turn the drive into points, extending their four-point lead to seven points with a field goal seconds later.

And, call or no call, Kelce and the Chiefs got the outcome they wanted, holding onto their lead and earning a 27-17 victory over the Patriots.

Swift’s appearance comes just a week after she cheered on her fellow NFL star at a home game at Arrowhead Stadium as the Chiefs took on the Buffalo Bills.

Unlike the Patriots meeting, the Dec. 10 game ended on a heartbreaking note after a Kelce touchdown play was washed out due to a penalty. The Chiefs failed to score after that and lost to New York 20-17.
