Taylor Swift Jokes About Humidity Affecting Her Hair During Singapore Show: ‘I’m Not Complaining’

Taylor Swift had a similar problem during her Eras Tour Singapore performance on Sunday.

The “Love Story” hitmaker, 34, joked about the effect of the humidity on her hair as she took to the stage for her second of six shows at the National Stadium in Kallang.

“As you can see, my hair is back to factory settings, thanks to the humidity here. I’m not complaining, I love it,” Swift told the audience of 55,000 in the clip divided by X (formerly known as Twitter).

“But I want to commend you because it’s very humid and you just turned up 100% all night,” she added.

“You’ve been dancing and standing and taking pictures all night. And you look so cute, why am I sweating so much? Then I look at you, you all look perfect,” Swift continued to her fans.

In addition to the hair problem, the musician had a surprising announcement during Sunday’s gig. While sitting at the piano, the “Bad Blood” singer revealed the fourth and final cut of her upcoming 11th studio album, Department for tortured poetswhich should be released on April 19.

The pop superstar also shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the bonus track for the release is called “The Black Dog.” Also included is previously unseen artwork of Swift running her hands through her hair.

“‘Old habits die screaming…’ Filename: The Black Dog 🖤,” she wrote, adding, “Order now the final final issue of THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT with exclusive bonus track ‘The Black Dog’ on my website now.”

Swift also included a second image of the album’s tracklist in her post, with a separate shot of the star with the words “Old habits die screaming” written over it.

The latest announcement comes after Swift revealed the album’s third special edition with bonus track “The Albatross” while on stage in Sydney on February 23. A second version, with a bonus track, “The Bolter”, was revealed during Swift’s Melbourne show on February 16.

Swift first announced the upcoming album during her speech when she accepted the award for best pop vocal album for her album 2022. Midnight at the 2024 Grammy Awards on February 4. The first version of the eagerly awaited release contains a bonus track called “Manuscript”.
