Taylor Swift Surpasses Rihanna as Richest Female Musician with $1.6 Billion Net Worth: Report

Taylor Swift is now the richest musician in the world, narrowly overtaking Rihanna for the top spot.

According to ForbesSwift, who reached billionaire status late last year, has seen her net worth increase as a result of her successful run Ere tour. Swift holds the record for the highest-grossing tour ever, grossing more than $2 billion for 125 shows, or approximately $16 million per show.

The “Bad Blood” singer, 34, is now worth an estimated $1.6 billion.

In addition to the tours, Swift’s increase in wealth also comes from her catalog valued at $600 million, an additional $600 million in royalties and about $125 million in real estate from her multiple homes across the United States, Forbes reports.

Her film Eras Tour was also successful, earning over $261 million at the box office since its release in October 2023.

Swift made headlines after announcing that she would re-record all of her old albums in order to retain the authors, masters and royalties of her music.
