Taylor Swift presents the Kansas City Chiefs Down Under!

The pop singer, 34, wore a Kansas City Chiefs cap and a “TNT” bracelet in tribute to her boyfriend Travis Kelce as she boarded a private jet from Melbourne, Australia on Sunday after wrapping up her Eras Tour in the city.

Swift wore a black and white Chiefs cap with ‘Super Bowl Champions’ embroidered on the front, in honor of Kelce’s team’s victory against the San Francisco 49ers in the big game on February 11.

The “Karma” singer also sported her diamond “TNT” bracelet — a reference to her and Kelce’s initials — from Wove Made Inc., which she previously wore to the Chiefs’ AFC Championship game on Jan. 28.

Swift was pictured leaving Melbourne, Australia, after wrapping up her tour on Sunday.

The custom-made bracelet matches her boyfriend’s after the Chiefs tight end, 34, made the request to the Pennsylvania-based jeweler as a sweet surprise for the pop superstar late last year, according to the brand.

“Because this was for him, we were all on deck,” Simone Kendle, CEO of Wove Made Inc., a company founded in 2022 by two former Rangers, previously told PEOPLE. Kendle shared that Kelce initially connected with Wove Made through pro golfer Michelle Wie West, who created a collection of Swift-inspired friendship bracelets with the jewelry brand in summer 2023.

Swift also wore a ‘TNT’ bracelet at the Chiefs’ AFC Championship game last month.

Taylor Swift pays tribute to 288,000 fans who attended latest Eras tour: ‘Melbourne, you’re the love of my life’

Swift’s departure from Melbourne comes after the star held three consecutive shows in the Australian city, with the last tour on Sunday. The singer reached a career milestone in the city after performing to her biggest audience of the tour to date with more than 288,000 fans across her three shows.

On Sunday, Swift shared a carousel of pictures on Instagram after her show as she thanked her fans for coming to see her.

“Melbourne, what can I even tell you after over 288,000 of you have come and danced with us in the last 3 nights??!” she wrote in the title of the post. “It was unforgettable. You were on another LEVEL. Thank you for the memories. I will often look back on the ones from this weekend 🥲🫶.”

Swift is scheduled to perform her next Eras Tour concert at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on February 23.
