The Bachelorette's Jeremy Wishes He Knew to 'Open Up Sooner' to Jenn Tran, But Doesn’t 'Have Any Regrets' (Exclusive)

While there might be a few things Jeremy Simon would have done differently, he has no regrets about competing for Jenn Tran’s heart on Bachelor.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE on the Men Tell All special, Jeremy talked about the lessons he learned during his time on the show. When asked if he would take any of his experience into the real world, Jeremy admitted that he would “double up at the party”.

“I think you have to have a best friend in that,” he continued before adding, “But I also guess I tried to open up and be vulnerable.”

Jenn Tran admits she’s ‘fallen in love with all 4’ of the remaining men, but one says he’s ‘struggling’ to ‘meet her where she’s at’

“Maybe if I’m ever in an intensified two-month relationship program again, [I’ll] maybe open earlier,” Jeremy said about whether or not to take a different approach with Jenn. “I don’t really regret it, though.

After introducing Jenn to his loved ones in his hometown of Farfield, Conn., Jeremy was eliminated after less than promising conversations with his family members. Speaking to the cameras, Jeremy’s mother Karen admitted she was skeptical about the match.

“When she got her name Bachelorshe described what she was looking for in a boyfriend, and I said to myself, that’s not Jeremy,” she admitted.

When Jenn talked to Emily, his younger sister, Emily admitted that she didn’t know if Jeremy was ready to get engaged at the end of the process. She later told her brother that Jenn thought he was protected because “they didn’t really express how you feel about each other.”

At the rose ceremony, Jenn ended up eliminating Jeremy and sending him home.

“Even though it ended like this, I’m at peace with it because I know whoever’s inside will take care of you,” Jeremy Jenn said before he left.

In the confessional, Jenn explained why she’s ready to let him go, adding, “That’s someone I wanted to see a future with,” she said, “but I just didn’t fully see it.”
