At the end of his epic presentation at Glastonbury, Elton John announced that he would be releasing a limited edition vinyl of Diamonds. The Rocket Man singer impressed a surprisingly large crowd as he wrapped up the festival with his performance at Worthy Farm on Sunday night; performed a series of classic hits and welcomed stage guests such as Rina Sawaya and Brandon Flowers. Elton’s vinyl version is a celebration of the iconic Glast performance and features a watchlist handpicked by Elton to reflect the festival’s staging list. Diamonds are now available to order. Elsewhere at Glastonbury, there were other key moments, including Dave Grohl taking on some stage acts over the weekend, Lizzo raising the roof with her set list, and Lewis Capaldi being celebrated crowd support after struggling with voice and tic on stage. Taylor Swift defends ex-girlfriend John Mayer when performing Dear John for the first time in 11 years. Singer Cruel Summer was on stage in Minneapolis during her Eras tour when she talked about how soon Speak Now – the album featuring Dear John – will be re-released soon. Taylor explained to the audience that she doesn’t care about the past and doesn’t want her fans to go online to debate the meaning of a song written in 2010. Here’s what she said:
The Weeknd has confirmed that he’s almost finished his new album, which will be the third and final album of the ‘trilogy’ he’s reviewed in recent years. The singer told Variety that the trilogy, which includes After Hours and Dawn FM, will end with his new album, but has yet to reveal a title or release date. It comes shortly after the Grammy Award winner announced that he will drop his moniker The Weeknd and perform under his real name, Abel Tesfaye. We can’t wait to hear the new record

Tina Turner will be honored in New York as part of Macy’s July 4th spectacular fireworks display. The legendary singer’s death last month caused a wave of grief from fans around the world and her fellow musicians. And now, the late star will be honored at a major annual event to honor her incredible legacy and music. Other stars who will perform in New York next month include Ashanti, LL Cool J and Bebe Rexha. Tina Turner died at her home in Switzerland after a long illness, aged 83.

And Ed Sheeran had to support himself at his concert in Maryland over the weekend after singer rnb Khalid was involved in a recent car crash. Khalid was due to take the stage in Landover ahead of the Shape of You singer’s big show as part of his world tour, but a recent road incident kept him at home and Health Recovery. Khalid has yet to comment or share details of what happened, but Ed assured fans he is recovering and sends his best wishes.
