The idea of your plot
Solène, a divorced art gallery owner, goes to Coachella with her daughter, where she meets Hayes, a member of the boy band August Moon. Despite the age difference, they are attracted to each other. They begin a secret relationship, but when paparazzi photos of them together surface, Solène faces a backlash from friends and strangers alike. He tries to protect his daughter from attention.
Eventually, Solène ends the relationship, feeling misled by Hayes’ history with older women. However, Hayes suggests they try again in five years. They part ways, but he leaves behind his watch as a symbol of hope.
Five years later, Solène sees Hayes on TV, hinting at a visit to Los Angeles. He returns to her gallery and they meet again in tears, indicating a second chance at love.
