The Marvels actresses Brie Larson and Iman Vellani took a short break from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
On Thursday, MCU stars accompanied each other to attend the premiere Monty Python Spamalot at the Broadway Theater of St. James in New York.
Larson, 34, shared a carousel of the duo’s date on Instagram. In the first photo, the two are posing with theirs Spamalot cups.
Another photo includes a close-up shot of Vellani, 21, winking at Larson’s camera. The last photo of the carousel includes a photo of Larson holding it Spamalot poster in the foreground with the stage of the St. James in the background.

The pair star alongside each other in the latest Marvel film, The Marvels. Vellani repeats it Ms. Marvel the role of Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel and Larson play her title Captain Marvel role again.

When Yahoo Entertainment asked Vellani about the box office results, she said she didn’t “want to focus on something that’s not even in my control, because what’s the point?”
“It’s for Bob Iger,” Vellani added — referring to the Walt Disney Company CEO. She noted that the film’s financial success “has nothing to do” with her.
“I’m happy with the finished product, and the people I care about enjoyed the movie,” the MCU star said.
The Marvels it’s in theaters now.
