Last week, it was revealed that singers Tiffany Darwish and Keala Settle were the Eiffel Tower and the Air Fryer in the double elimination.

In the final, all three remaining characters were exposed as they faced each other performing two songs in front of the judges.

For their other songs, they were joined on stage by a duet partner while Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Rita Ora and chat show host Jonathan Ross were left to speculate.

The third-placed character Cricket was revealed to be Lemar Obika before the two remaining celebrities faced off in the final showdown.

After another round of voting, Piranha was declared the winner of this year’s series, and Bigfoot lost.

Last Legs star Alex Brooker has been revealed to be Bigfoot as fans flooded social media after guessing correctly.

Piranha was then revealed to be Noughties singer Danny Jones during the big reveal.

The 37-year-old told host Joel Dommett: “I had a great time, I can run away from here and just be Piranha and sing these songs.

“I’ve learned so much, now I’m able to sing better just because of this show. I’m so happy, thank you!”

Reacting to the win, one fan said: “Danny Jones……What an amazing voice, congratulations, a worthy winner.”

Another wrote: “Danny Jones solo album asap please. Such a voice was hidden in McFly’s music (which I obviously still loved). Crazy.”

“Wow! Danny Jones! I didn’t realize how good he was,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “Anyone who saw Mcfly live, the moment Piranha opened his mouth, there was no doubt that it was Danny Jones.”

For weeks, fans of The Masked Singer have been guessing the identities of the stars hiding in giant costumes.

Most people think that McFly’s Danny Jones is behind the shady Piranha character.

They noted that he performed the “McFly Leap” at the end of his jaw-dropping performances.

Other names previously mentioned include Shayne Ward, and former One Direction stars Zayn Malik and Niall Horan.

Meanwhile, some viewers previously thought the Cricket was Simon Webbe.

Masked singers, judges speak before the final

One clue that sparked intense speculation included the words ‘everyone stand up’ – which of course coincides with Blue’s 2001 hit.

Other names to be boasted include Reggie Yates, Anthony Joshua and even fellow noughties star Lemar.

So viewers previously ‘unmasked’ Bigfoot as TV presenter Alex Brooker.

One of the clues pointed out by fans is the fact that the costume has a bandage on the left leg, and the character uses a crutch.

Alex was born with hand and arm deformities and was famous for hosting Channel 4’s The Last Leg.
