MASKED SINGER Viewers were left in shock as popular TV presenter Lorraine Kelly was revealed as The Owl on tonight’s show.
The feathered bird took to the stage on Saturday night to perform Captain Sensible’s 1982 hit Happy Talk.

The commission was stunned to see the Scottish leader behind the mask
But, unfortunately, that was not enough to stay in the competition.
Maypole, Dippy Egg, Airfyer, Piranha, Big Foot and Cricket all advanced to the next round.
But, unfortunately, the Owl and the Eiffel Tower were in the bottom two.
The committee has decided to save the Eiffel Tower – meaning Owl’s time on the show has come to an end.

The moment of truth finally came when Lorraine raised the owl’s head to reveal her identity.
Panel members were stunned to see the Scottish TV chat host hiding behind a mask, while viewers were also stunned.
While a fan cheekily wrote: “Lorraine Kelly on The Masked Singer… anything but her own show!”
Another shared: “Oh my god Lorraine! I hit it from day one.”
A third commented: “I love Lorraine Kelly. I was torn but glad it’s her.”
“Lorraine has a beautiful singing voice, I love me some Lorraine Kelly,” added another.
Host Joel Dommett called it one of the best revelations in the show’s history.
Lorraine then explained some of the clues – including the time she presented the show in a bikini.
She said, “I mean, I flashed, but not as much as you [Mo Gilligan] will flash next week,” referring to Mo’s bet that he would be wearing his pants if it wasn’t Alex Scott behind the owl mask.
Lorraine told Joel: “I loved being the Owl, this show is hilarious.
“I’ve never really sung in front of an audience, so it was amazing to do that.”
After the show, Lorraine revealed why she signed up for the singing competition.
The star said: “I just wanted to have a bit of fun to start the year and be a bit silly. I’ve never had the chance to sing in front of an audience before and I thought being behind a mask wouldn’t be so scary.”
She continued: “I was surprised that the panel didn’t get me straight away because I thought they would hear my Scottish accent.
“I was trying really hard not to be too Scottish, but I thought they’d get me straight away, and I thought it was funny who they were saying. It was really funny.
– I was very pleased that they didn’t get me.
Lorraine admitted that there are definitely some similarities between her character.
She said: “I think Owl and I are quite sassy, quite mean, we both definitely have a mean side.
“I still, even at my age, feel like I haven’t grown up. I think Sova is young and witty and silly, and there’s not enough stupidity in the world.
The daytime presenter said her Celebrity Gogglebox star daughter Rosie will be the most shocked by her involvement in the ITV show, after being forced to keep her appearance a secret.
She added: “I don’t think my mum is going to believe it. Also, so many people on my show love The Masked Singer so much they’re going to go crazy.
“My daughter just won’t believe it, because she always teases me that when we sing together in the car, I just make up the words to the songs.
“You wouldn’t have thought that I would be able to do this because, first of all, I’ve never sung in front of anyone, and because I can’t remember the words to a single song.”
