The Masked Singer Reveals a Legendary Real Housewife on One-Hit Wonder Night

Anteater, Candelabra, Donut and Hibiscus made their One-Hit Wonders Night debut after judges Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke entered “Who Let the Dogs Out?” from Baha Men.

Donut was the first to take the stage. “I’ve been really lucky in my career,” Donut said in their package of tips. “I was part of a megahit that catapulted me to No. 1. But it also put me in a box and people associated me with this one rough and tough flavor.”

The package also featured a police badge, LA flag, 42nd street theaters, cowboy boots, and a bow and arrow.

Donut said they had “a more refined side that helped this country boy out of a bind.” And now, “after the hardest year of my life, going back to my roots is exactly what I needed right now.”

“My love for the stage comes from childhood,” Hibiscus explained in her clue pack, which also featured a gingerbread house, a first aid kit, a vampire and the Statue of Liberty. “I grew up in a big family and had to compete for attention which led to my love of performing.”

Hibiscus also said she was “a total late bloomer who, after her hospital stint, became a sexy flower in the big city” and claimed she looked like Sharon Stone. Floral belt featuring “It’s Raining Men” by The Weather Girls.

“You killed it,” McCarthy, 51, told Hibiscus.

As an additional clue, Men in Black played Right Said Fred’s “I’m Too Sexy”.

“I’ve been to a few beauty pageants and I’ve worn a tiara,” Hibiscus said.

Real Housewives Luann de Lesseps or Kim Zolciak, actress Bonnie Hunt and model Janice Dickinson emerged as options for Hibiscus.

After the hibiscus, the anteater stepped on Masked singer stage for the first time.

“I’ve had a long career, but I’ve had to learn the hard way that fame isn’t everything,” Anteater said in his insider package. “Sure, it got me houses, sports cars, rocking on glittery yachts, but at the height of my success fame took its toll. I got into some bad business deals, my personal life was a mess and worst of all, I lost my sense of self.”

The package additionally featured an angel, a windmill and an eye on the box. “I traded fancy houses for a chicken coop,” Anteater continued, adding that they’ve since found “my true love and started a family.”

Anteater sang Marc Cohn’s “Walking in Memphis,” prompting Scherzinger, 45, to say that Anteater’s voice “felt right at home.”

“Somebody’s Watching Me” by Rockwell served Anteater as an additional clue.

“There was a time when I was performing in front of 40 percent of the world,” Anteater said.

The judges thought the Anteater could be Bryan Adams, John Cougar Mellencamp or Rick Springfield.

Candelabra closed the night.

“At just 12 years old, sitting in my room, I was calling performers from my hometown, begging them to give me a chance to be on stage,” Candelabra said in his cue packet, which included the gift “For Santa’s Naughty List, ” California, a call to Kevin Hart and a butterfly. “Finally one said ‘yes’ and my career took off, but that never slowed down the hustle.”

Candelabra said that “they have reaped the rewards of my hard work with fans around the world and tons of recognition.”

The candle holder bounced to “1 Thing” by Ameria.

“You just owned the whole stage,” Scherzinger said.

Then the Men in Black used Spin Doctor’s “Two Princes” as Candelabra’s extra clue. Mariah Carey, Regina Hall, Brandy Norwood, and Anika Noni Rose emerged as possibilities for Candelabra’s identity.

Masked singer Season 10 Reveals: All the Celebrities Who Were Unmasked

Host Nick Cannon informed the studio audience that it was time to vote for their favorite mystery person of the night. The two performers with the fewest votes would go against each other on Smackdown. This week, Cannon, 43, announced it would be hibiscus and anteater.

They set their act to Tony Basil’s “Hey Mickey” and the judges voted Anteater to advance in the competition, leaving Hibiscus to unmask.

The panel threw out a few more thoughts on who could be Hibiscus, including Kim Cattrall and Hannah Waddingham. But when the hibiscus peeled back the petals and revealed their identity, McCarthy’s original guess The Real Housewives of New York City alum Countess Luann, 58, appeared.
