The Pasta Queen Nadia Caterina Munno Brings Stunning Food and Fashion in New Cooking Series Set in Italy (Exclusive)

No one knows noodles like Nadia Caterina Munno.

The cookbook author and social media star, known as the Queen of Pasta on the Internet, brings her love for Italian cuisine to the small screen with her travel series: The queen of pasta. The Prime Video show will follow the chef in different regions of her homeland and bring lessons, ingredients and recipes back to her kitchen.

PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the new trailer ahead of the October 24 premiere. It begins with Munno explaining that he is part of a “macaroni pasta dynasty.”

Beautiful scenes of the sea and the countryside flash on the screen, hinting at what is to come. Munn’s clothes are just as beautiful as the scenery.

“Discover the beauty of the ingredients,” she says in one of the many floral dresses. “It’s about quality versus quantity.”

During the season, he harvests some of his ingredients and shows viewers the traditions — such as the 1,400-year-old mussel farming procedures.

But Munno’s brilliance remains even when she gets her hands dirty. “Excuse me, but wasn’t there a designer version of this thing?” jokes an Italian fisherman, pointing to their matching rubber overalls.

After the trip, Munno invites viewers into her home so she can “teach you all her secrets so you can make these dishes in your kitchen.” Classic Italian dishes are shared around a large table with members of the Queen of Pasta family.

Munno’s pasta legacy dates back to the 1800s when her family opened a pasta factory in southern Italy, according to her website. Her social media presence as a pasta connoisseur began in 2020 when she saw a “blasphemous” lasagna recipe on TikTok and felt her “culture was being misrepresented.” This prompted her to publish her family’s recipes online. Four years later, he has almost 8.5 million followers on Instagram and TikTok.
