On Friday, Lionsgate released a trailer for their upcoming film Strangers: Chapter 1a reboot of the 2008 psychological horror film that starred Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman as a couple whose cottage is broken into.

The couple are shown enjoying a quiet small-town getaway during their five-year anniversary trip – albeit with the townspeople giving them strange looks – when a child knocks on their door, looking for a woman named Tamara. Although they send the child away, Petsch’s character is later shown taking a shower as a masked assassin watches her – and three masked assassins then capture the couple.
