The Sweatpant Jeans Trend Has Taken Over, but Can You Actually Wear These to Work?

If you patiently waited for Gen Z to discover a miracle of jegging and declare them cool again, it finally happens. Only now are they called jeans with a coach and are even more comfortable than their predecessor and have a cut of wide legs.

Ultimate trompe l’Oeil, peat jeans are printed to look like denim, but are made of soft materials such as cotton and fleece. Some styles have false pockets, belt loops, etc. While others have all the functionality of the right jeans (including the zipper and button), so it is up to you how false you want to go.

I searched the #Sweatpantjeans on Tictok and served with seemingly infinite stream of stylish people who admired how realistic they look like false jeans. But I was not convinced that I actually get a couple until the Lizzie Hyman staff wore Rag & Bone Miramar Terry Sofie Sofie. Personally, they really look and fit as a typical pair of jeans. AND only Data on giving are that the rear pockets are not real, but a printed picture of the pocket … but who cares? You have to wear tracksuits to work!

Although the Rag & Bone may have died, the price of the brand seems to be a little higher than some could spend on a couple of sweat (although by February 21st people can get a 20 percent discount from the whole miramara line!).

I went with a more affordable option: Gap’s heavy French Terry Baggy jeans, which are so popular, have been sold out several times. After finally receiving the style of ultra -wide legs that has the front and Return pockets, half-lanish flies and metal rivets, I sent a photo to my group chat about girls. One said that with the right style they might look appropriate, but the other two said they were reading more tracksuits than jeans.

While I still have to wear them in the office (I’m still discussing if I can get out), my tracksuit jeans were such a fun addition to my wardrobe. Recently, I wore them at dinner with sweet sneakers and sweater and didn’t feel the hesitation for a walk at a restaurant in New York, plus that warmed me up on a cold night. And best of all, I didn’t have to unbutton them at the end of my meal.
