MCFLY stars Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher have signed up as The Voice UK’s latest coaches – and the show’s first judging duo.

Danny trained on The Voice Kids for seven series but made the jump to the adult series straight after winning The Masked Singer as Piranha on Saturday night.
With McFly, they have sold billions of records and are talented songwriters as well as performers.
Danny and Tom will sit alongside country superstar LeAnn Rimes, who has now officially replaced Anne-Marie, while Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am remain.
The duo said of their new job: “Making The Voice UK history as the first combined double chair will be epic and we’re both up for the challenge.
“And of course, we couldn’t ask to be in greater company than our fellow Voice family members Emma, Will, Sir Tom and LeAnn.
“Roll yourself with talent.”
It comes after The Sun revealed last weekend that ITV bosses had hired the pair for the first time for the vacant chair.
A source said: “This marks an exciting new change for the series that will shake up the format and keep it fresh as it enters a new era.
“Having a famous duo is an exciting new concept which means coaches will be able to support more groups auditioning.
“Of course Tom and Danny have great chemistry and are brilliant fun, but they also offer great value as coaches to our competitors, they have so much knowledge.”
The Masked Singer crowned Piranha their winner as they were revealed to be the big 2000s singers
Filming starts this weekend.
Tom and Danny’s fellow panel member, LeAnn, also shared her excitement at landing her new role as a judge.
LeAnn said: “I am truly excited and grateful to be taking on the role of coach on The Voice UK and joining the epic panel of coaches.
“Being able to work with and nurture new, vibrant talent in the UK represents a new chapter in my deep connection with the wonderful fans I’ve had deep connections with for decades.
“I look forward to offering my heart and leadership, sharing what I’ve learned through my own musical journey and discovering the extraordinary talent the UK is known for.”
While longtime judge Will.i.am added: “We’re changing it up with three new coaches and a twist on our red chair, welcoming the youngest GRAMMY winner (Best New Artist/Solo at 14) LeAnn Rimes, and the incredible Danny Jones and co from the band McFly Tom Fletcher.
“And it’s an honor to team up for the 12th time with national treasure and musician extraordinaire Sir Tom Jones.”
TV favorite and presenter Emma Willis said the new judges would be a great addition to the show.
Emma shared: “I always love coming back to The Voice, reuniting with Sir Tom and will.i.am and everyone who works on the show is always great.
“And this year we welcome some great new coaches to the family.
“Danny’s no stranger to The Voice, so it’s great to have him in the red chair again, but this time with his McFly band member (and my friend) Tom Fletcher – I love the idea of a double chair and Tom and Danny are a perfect fit.
“And adding LeAnn Rimes to the mix, with her wealth of knowledge and expertise is very exciting. Come audition!”
Last year we revealed that Olly and Anne-Marie had been given the boot as ITV worked to give the show a fresher feel.
About 5.4 million viewers watched Danny’s big win in The Masked Singer.
