Tia Mowry is kicking off 2024 by daring to take some fashion risks — and she’s not sorry about it.
Mowry posted a fun video on Instagram on Wednesday showing her followers the transformation she’s doing in the new year.
The actress (45) started the video wearing a gray tracksuit and full make-up, with her hair in braids. She looked straight into the camera as she opened the door to reveal another version of herself.

Dressed in a black catsuit that eludes nudity with striped detailing on the legs, a new, bolder and even more confident version of Mowry appeared from behind the door, wearing the same hairdo and make-up.
She posed in a doorway, strutted for the camera, struck a power pose with her hands on her hips, blew a kiss and winked to the soundtrack of Nicki Minaj’s “FTCU.”

“Get ready for the most honest, unapologetically fun version of you!” – wrote Mowry in the title of the video.
The Sister, sister star and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict finalized their divorce settlement in April 2023, six months after announcing they were separating. The couple have a daughter, Cairo Tiahna, 5½, and a son, Cree Taylor, 12.
In a thoughtful Instagram post before the new year, Mowry detailed learning to enjoy her own company.
“For the longest time, I found myself in the company of others, as work and family commitments kept me constantly surrounded by people, not to mention, I have a twin. Being alone was a rare occurrence growing up,” she wrote in the lengthy caption, admitting that she had come to accept ” moments of solitude”.

“I realized that being alone is not a punishment, but an opportunity to recharge. Through conscious effort, I transformed those moments into a key aspect of maintaining my well-being.” Mowry continued. “This shift allowed me to recognize the value of solitude in refreshing my mind and spirit.”
In that video, Family gathering the star enjoyed a glass of wine and played along to Alicia Keys’ “Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart.”
