Thummala Narsimha Reddy, popularly known as TNR, was a South Indian actor, director, and host. On May 10, 2021, he passed away due to complications from COVID-19.

Profession

He has acted in supporting roles in several Telugu films such as Nene Raju Nene Mantri (2017), Subrahmanyapuram (2018), Falaknuma Das (2019) and Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya (2020). He has directed several South Indian films. His talk show “Frank Talks with TNR” on his YouTube channel “iDream Telugu Movies” is very popular.

In May 2021, he was tested positive for Covid-19 and was admitted to a hospital in Malkagilgiri, Hyderabad. Due to his deteriorating health, he passed away on May 10, 2021. Many popular South Indian celebrities expressed grief over his death. Actor Sudheer Babu tweeted,
