The child was thrown out of the nurse after being charged with being transfobic or homophobic.
Data from the Department of Education revealed that the child, at the age of three or four, was suspended from a state school about “abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity about three years ago.”

Details of a particular school or case were not published, but the child was not just in their suspension.
94 students in state elementary schools were suspended or in some cases permanently excluded due to transphobia and homophobia during the 2022-23 academic year, Telegraph revealed.
Of these, ten were from the age of 1, while three were in the second year – where the maximum possible age of students is only seven.
The data, however, also discovered the stunning case of a child expelled from the nursery.
Helen Joyce, the director of advocating for sex matters, said: “From time to time, the extremes of gender ideology throw a story that seems too crazy to believe, and the child is suspended from the nursery for so -called” transphobia “or homophobia is one such example.”
She was also aiming for the fact that this did not seem isolated case, adding that 13 children, at the age of four and five, were also suspended or permanently excluded from school for exactly the same reason.
Helen continued: “Teachers and leaders of the school leaders involved in this madness should be ashamed of themselves for the projection of adult concepts and beliefs about such young children.
“It is disapproval that children’s vital education is so traumaticly disrupting school leaders who give priority to activists for the benefit of their accusations.”
The number of students suspended or expelled due to homophobic or transphobic behavior increased a little between 2021-22 and 2022-23, moving from 164 cases to 178.
Essex recorded the highest number of suspensions and exemptions, with 16 in the academic year 2022-23.
Birmingham followed in a very close second with 15, while Bradford took third place with 11.
The information on these cases began only in the academic year 2020-21.
Lord Young, director of free speech union, said the suspension “beggar’s belief”.
The spokesman for the Education Department said The Sun: “All students and staff should feel safe and protected at school and should never face violence or abuse.
“The education secretary was clear that he expected school leaders to carry out good behavior, and we are advocated by a comprehensive support program for school behavior.
“Our plan for change sets our ruthless focus on ensuring that each child gets the best of life’s chances, regardless of their background, including the establishment of free breakfast clubs at each elementary school, providing access to mental health and attending one of the four basic priorities of our school teams for improvement.”
