Tom Cruise takes on Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s next film.

On Thursday, a representative for Cruise, 61, confirmed to PEOPLE that the actor will star in the upcoming film.

For now, plot details are being kept under wraps. The only thing known about the project are the writers: Iñárritu, Sabina Berman, Alexander Dinelaris and Nicolás Giacobone. The director, Giacobone and Dinelaris previously worked on the Oscar winner in 2014. A birder.
