Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s Costars Take Sides in VPR Teaser as She Warns He’ll ‘Be Dealing with My Lawyers’

Bravo released a teaser for the upcoming season on Friday VPR panel at BravoCon 2023, hilariously showing James Kennedy literally drawing a line in the sand to delineate which of his co-stars is on Ariana Madix’s side versus Tom Sandoval’s side after the pair abruptly ended their nine-year relationship following Sandoval’s months-long affair with a friend and ex co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

Scheana Shay is also seen in the teaser hugging Sandoval, and in response, Katie Maloney warned, “If you’re going to be friends with him, [Ariana] it’s going to cut you the hell out of you, so think carefully about your next move.”

The tease ends with a clip of Madix, 38, telling Sandoval, 41: “You destroy my life, my home and then you fucking try to kill my dog. My lawyer will deal with you.”

At the panel — moderated by Karamo Brown and featuring Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Schwartz, Lala Kent, Brock Davies, Ally Lewber — each cast member was asked to describe the next season in one word, and responses included “sad” , “surprising”, “difficult”, “confusing” and “difficult”.

Vanderpump, 63, acknowledged the difficulties of filming the latest season, saying, “This season has been extremely difficult for Tom and Ariana … but for me as a mother figure and a matriarch and their mentor … [I] try to facilitate some cohesion,” she added. “This is Vanderpump Rules. It’s not Little House on the Prairie.”

Madix added: “I know what filming was like for me, it was weird, it was weird, it was hard… I knew I was going to have some very strong and extremely negative feelings, but I think last year showed me I can do hard things – and it was difficult, but we succeeded.”

Madix is ​​focused on the season behind her Dancing with the stars and made it clear that she was not staying in the house she shares with Sandoval during the filming of the show. “I’m actively trying to change the home ownership situation,” she tells the crowd after sharing that she’ll also be rehearsing in Vegas this weekend with a heavy rehearsal schedule from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday night.

Kent, 33, expressed a more nuanced perspective on the matter, admitting that she might get booed like Sandoval for it. “In a weird, weird way, I don’t know if it’s respect, but while everyone really hates Tom, he still went out, he still did shows, he sits in front of you and they get booed,” Kent said. “If I were him, I’d tell you to fuck off.”
