TOMMY Mallet’s former business partner, Evren Ozka, has spoken out for the first time about their bitter feud, saying: “I am a victim and so is my company”.
Mallett London has taken the footwear world by storm over the past nine years – together they built the company from scratch in 2015, working out of Evren’s premises.

Now the business owner has said the former Towie star wanted to close the shutters on the fashion company they set up – which would put everyone out of business.
Evren spoke to The Sun in an attempt to “set the record straight” after seeing Tommy’s social media videos criticizing him and Mallet London.
Tommy said he was owed money and was in a “toxic relationship”.
He said his family’s money and “all my children’s money for the future is tied up in the company.”
Evren, who is also a dad, responded and said: “I am a victim and so is my company. There was also a court case and me and my company won.
“He said ‘they owe me money’, that’s not true. During the case, all the details were looked at and they concluded that we were right and what he did was ethically wrong and legally we won.
“The company has done very well since Tommy left so we will continue to focus on that.”
Evren does not plan to change the name of the popular footwear brand and adds: “I think it’s a great name and I don’t want to change it.”
“We founded the company together, and for the first year of business we used my space for the establishment. I invested all the capital to get the business off the ground.”
Asked why they fell out, Evren continued: “One minute he said ‘I’m leaving for personal reasons’, then two weeks later he announced a rival brand.

“He wanted to close the company, so that it would not be a competitor to his new brand.
“It would mean a loss of business for everyone.”
Tommy resigned as CEO of the luxury brand on October 31, 2023. On the same day, Christopher Stephenson rejoined as CEO, a role he had previously resigned from.
The Sun has seen emails sent by Tommy to Evren which confirm the reality star tried to “fire” Mallet London a month later.
He still has shares in the company that are locked up.
Outgoing Mallet London Tommy has announced his new venture, CTRNE.
But the injunction, which The Sun has seen, was issued to protect Mallet London and prevent CTRNE from trading in Harrods and Selfridges.
Tommy said: “I’m starting completely from scratch, something I never thought I’d have to do, everything I’ve built up, all the late nights and early mornings and time away from my family gives me one thing – knowledge, it’s time to get out and do what I originally intended…Let’s go get it, I’m coming for everything!”
The Sun has contacted Tommy for comment.
