A TOP chef who has worked with Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing is fighting for his life after being attacked at Notting Hill Carnival.
Officers found Mussie Imnetu, 41, unconscious with a head injury in Queensway, west London, at 11.22pm on Monday.

They provided emergency first aid until the ambulance arrived and Mussie is now critically ill in hospital.
The Swede was on a business visit to Great Britain from Dubai where he lived and worked as a chef.
He left The Arts Club in Dover Street just after 1pm on Monday.
The Metropolitan Police said he was alone, wearing a blue T-shirt and black jeans and later bought a white baseball cap.
He arrived at the Dr Power restaurant in Queensway at around 10.30pm and was still alone, police added.
The restaurant served food from outside stands and played music.

MUSSIE Imnetu arrived at Notting Hill Carnival on Bank Holiday Monday.

Mussie was spotted leaving The Arts Club in Dover Street alone.
Between 1pm and 10.30pm, Mussie’s whereabouts are still unknown

About two minutes later, officers found Mussie unconscious with a head injury.
The place and the surrounding area were extremely busy with people who were at the carnival.
Mussie’s family is being assisted by specialist officers.
Police arrested a 31-year-old man at an address in Newham on suspicion of attempted murder in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
He remains in custody at a south London police station.

Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie, who is leading the investigation from the Met’s Homicide Squad, said: “Whilst the arrest of a suspect is a significant step in our investigation, we are still very keen to hear from anyone who can help piece together Mussie’s movements between when he left The Arts Club left at 1:00 PM and when he arrived at Dr Power Restaurant at 10:30 PM.
“If you visited the restaurant between 10pm and 11.30pm on Monday night or were in the area and saw something, regardless of the reason you were there, please get in touch.
“Our focus is on what happened to Mussie. Did you speak with him at the restaurant or do you have any pictures or videos in the meantime that could help the investigation?
Comes after:
- During Saturday and Sunday, 90 people were arrested
- The 32-year-old woman who was stabbed on Sunday is still in danger
- Two others were also injured on the same day after three stabbings rocked the event
- The Section 60 order was issued on Sunday night to give police officers more powers to stop and search
- On Monday alone, officers handcuffed at least 230 people, including 49 for possession of assault weapons
- Five people were stabbed on the day of the closure, and two are in mortal danger

“We are publishing Mussie’s name and two photos of him – one showing him on the day of the attack – in the hope it will jog someone’s memory and encourage them to come forward.”

Five people were stabbed on the closing day of Notting Hill Carnival, the Met said.
Two of those stabbed are in danger.
A 32-year-old woman stabbed on Sunday is also in danger.
There was also an incident involving a corrosive substance, police said.
Police arrested at least 230 people on Monday, including 49 for possession of assault weapons.
Three firearms were confiscated, and 35 police officers were injured.
