When Bowie won the bronze medal in the 100-meter dash at the 2014 USA Track and Field Championships, he took an important step forward. At the 2015 World Championships in Beijing, China, she subsequently won gold in the 200 m and silver in the long jump.
At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Bowie took home three medals: gold in the 4x100m relay, silver in the 100m, and bronze in the 200m.
